Dr. Jose Rizal Park on the west side of Beacon Hill is no stranger to the secret, offering fabulous views of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay. Picnic tables, a child's play space, and an off-leash dog area invite the whole family to have fun.

Long-time Beacon Hill residents welcome newcomers, instilling the importance of community, tolerance, and respect among those who make a home here. Beacon Hill real estate is one of the most affordable markets in the city of Seattle, with homes readily available in the low $200,000's. In February 2006, the average single family home or condo sold for $368,582.
