Just eight miles south of Seattle and minutes to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Des Moines blends the benefits of waterfront living with the convenience of metropolitan access.

With a current population of nearly 30,000, Des Moines is growing and education is a priority. In response to this growth, the Highline School District has been renovated area schools. Central Washington University recently opened a satellite campus here and Des Moines residents are also served by Highline Community College.
