South Seattle is home to several area landmarks that enrich the lives of those who live here. Jefferson Park Golf Club is here, along with several historic buildings from the early 1900's. And Jose Rizal Park boasts breathtaking views of Elliott Bay and the downtown are of South Seattle.

The average sales price for a home in South Seattle was $356,263 in February 2006. South Seattle real estate is comprised of many homes built in the early 1900's and in need of updating. The good news is that you can buy a three-bedroom home here in the low $200,000's – sometimes for much less.
